Additional Information
Since 2012 GTK Pest Control set out with the goal of providing pest and rodent control for Riverside, ca differently then the other pest control companies available. We decided to focus our goal on 5 star service for each and every customer. As a local and family owned business we knew the way to beat the competition was to provide quality service where the customer didn't feel like a number. To provide quick communication, and immediate response.
Will bugs reappear? Yes! What happens when they reappear is the difference we needed to focus on. This meant creating a structure that ensured we could respond and dispatch technicians out to your home immediately. Setting up quality control measures to assure the services performed are being done correctly and effectively.
We also made the conscious effort to use the most effective pest control products and methods available. Pinching pennies with cheaper less effective products to save our bottom line meant providing a lower quality of service, something we would avoid. Hiring and training and employees with this in mind also meant we needed to hire the best and keep them long term.
Another concern we saw in the pest industry was the lack of investment into the technicians who performed the work. Low paying wages and over work meant high turnover, with technicians jumping from one company to another year after year. We choose to do the opposite. We felt that we needed to compensate them a more accurate wage, compared to the work they need to obtain to and maintain a professional pest control license. We also understood that what really matters is offering them a place of employment that truly cares about them and their families. With a low paying and stressful over worked job, they lose that ability to provide for their families. We treat our employees the same way we treat our customers!
